“The public storage of 1415 N Custer Road McKinney TX is one of the best public storage facilities that I’ve seen so far is very clean very organized and neat. There is a lady that works there by the name of Tia I’m not sure of her last name, but she was very helpful and very courteous and showing me the storage units although I went with another company that was closer to my house. I really wish that they had a Public Storage closer to me because it was by far cheaper and also had a move-in special. I give the storage for silly five stars plus an extra star for the customer service. Thank you Miss Tia and I hope that you stay with this company a long time.”

“Nancy was awesome she called after I spoke with 6 customer service representatives because I was not pleased at all with the service. She is at the Huffman Location great customer service walked to the units we had on the lot. Showed me and my mom around. Please give this lady a raise, bonus, gift card after all her assistance cause I was truly mad after I spoke with customer service before she called.”

“They have taken customer service out of the equation. The locations that do have a person working there, the employees don't speak even when you are speaking to them. The have made there site office resemble a prison size booth, where you have to stand and speak to a person who is at their home through a very irritating video monitor on the wall and positioned so that you are uncomfortable viewing the monitor and bending to see or key in your information. I had to kneel down with my medical boot on one foot and my leg devise on another to speak to someone through a video and see what I was keying in as if I am in a a prison cell or something. I went to pay my bill that has gone up $60 on each of my units without notice, that's $120 and I haven't been their a year.”

“I was taking care of Mom's billing when I started looking into her Public Storage at 1530 sw 119th Oklahoma City and seen that they have raised her rates 2 times in less than 1 year and cense then they have tried to bully her into putting insurance on a inside unit screwing up her credit card info and charging a late fee when you tried to call the sorry excuse for management ether don't know how to fix any problem or there computer system goes down and give you there customer help line that never gets answered you will have better luck storing you thing in your back yard under a tarp than P-S whitch stands (Piece of Sh*t Storage) instead of Public Storage Help future customers by talking about customer service, price, delivery, returns & refunds. the best way to help future customers is to warn them away form this horror of a crooked place just venting because I doubt this ever makes it to print”

“Do not use Public Storage! Within a year the fees have went up! May 2022 was $255.00 for 10x30 storage, in Sept 2022 fee went to $311.00, January 2023 fee went to $326.00, and now August 2023 fee is $373.00!!! 🤬 Whatever happened to customer loyalty? Obviously, they're ready for me to move to a new storage company instead of stay with them! 🙄”

“I went to Pubic Storage in Marlton NJ on rt 73 and was greeted by Tracy. After going over my preference for size, price and placement Tracy found a unit a the Berlin NJ Public Storage and I put it on hold. I had considered other companies for storage and because of Tracy and her customer service I am staying with Public Storage. Tracy cared and went out of her way to help me and I want her acknowledged for all her hard work to help me. Kudos to Tracy.”

“If you want to throw your money away you give it to public storage. I would have felt a whole lot better given it to a casino. Let long just throwing it way at public storage. When it is storage unit they lied about a lock. My storage unit this particular day was All my sons they were the ones couldn't even get into public storage but they said that I did and that I also had a lot refuse to give me my refund because they said that I did not contact them. Oh that went on over and over one day two day three days in advance. What a crock of and what a hell of a. If I could give them no stars I definitely would beware of this company!!!!!”

“I reserve a public storage in Frisco, TX online and called in to get assistance, because I never got the email or text to confirm, my reservation. Found out they had the wrong email address. I did go into the place to make sure my reservation was indeed intact and met Jonna who was the best Informative and one of the nicest women I ever met. She was very thorough with information on my reservation and made me feel relieved and fine that I was in good hands. Thank you so much Jonna for all your help we wish that there was more people like you. Denise”

“They have astronomical rent increases. Mine went up $75 from one month to the next. No warnings, just a notification that your new monthly payment is $375 instead of $300. It started at $245 and went up slowly first, but last increase is ridiculous. Employees on site have to power to change and when you call corporate they say that they can raise the rent to market rates anytime. oddly enough you can go online and rent the same unit for $245.”

“Sharon has been incredibly helpful getting my foster kid set up with a unit that is perfect for his needs. Without even asking him about it, she found the lowest monthly rate possible. A $20 savings doesn't seem like much but to a kid trying to get on his own, it's huge. Thank you, Sharon! I can't say enough good about her kindness.”

“I have a unit at 6654 Dorchester Road. The storage customer service individual person is very courteous, patience, knowledgeable, and assist where is needed. When you find someone like that It's a blessing. In life time today it means a lot.The office is kept very neat and clean. All displays for purchase is clearly displayed with prices. I would like to thank you for making me welcome. Although I am paying for a unit the qualities are valued.”
