“My favourite thing about this chocolate is that I don't eat too much of it - not because it's not delicious, but because it is so low sugar that you don't get those spikes which make you crave more :) Also, I tried most of the flavours - I don't usually like coffee, but I like this one because it's not too strong. The packaging is clear and classy in my opinion and I will keep ordering!”

“I have been having this chocolate for a very long time. I was one of there first customers and off course still am, I have a monthly order at a great price just become a VIP member and you will have chocolate at a great price and on top of that they have a lot less sugar than other chocolate but they taste fantastic. So many different flavours and yes I think I have tried them all now. Larger bars are good but you can also get smaller ones as well. They are great for kids that are not allowed to have much sugar in their diet and of course larger bars for us older ones. In all the time I have been eating this chocolate, I have only called them on two occasions and they were extremely helpful and friendly to talk to and put me at ease when I wanted to change the flavours of my chocolate for the next month lol. I even have to hide it away otherwise my husband will get there first. Just to add its not a machine you talk to you get to speak to a human being so that's always a plus for me.”

“This chocolate is great for us I have diary Intolerance and my husband is diabetic We are buying this every month now The chocolate tastes great and it’s fantastic that it’s low sugar and no diary etc It does cause chocolate rows though as I eat my first then start on husbands which he’s not happy about”

“Amazing! my family are coeliac and dairy and soya intolerant and this is the first chocolate I have found that we can eat without being ill. My sister is a diabetic and can also tolerate it.”

“Pure Heavenly produces a delicious selection of low sugar chocolates. They are also high in fibre and suitable for Vegans. My two daughters are Vegan so it’s perfect for me. Customer service is great with frequent emails on offers and delivery. Delivery has always been on time and though slightly more expensive than usual chocolates they are of a super quality.”

“When the world as we know it is falling apart there remains one thing that makes it all seem bearable - Chocolate!! (and a good book) I ADORE this chocolate - for me it's the dark flavours. This company retains the old fashioned service - like answering the phone or emails and actually listening, deliver when expected and realise their customers are who are keeping them in business (unlike a lot of other businesses) Thanks guys - don't stop what you are doing but just produce a dark coffee next x”

“I have a regular order of pure heavenly chocolate in different flavours. This satisfies my need for chocolate while remaining a healthy choice. I particularly like the Silk, Cofee and Salted Caramel flavours. 5 * chocolate, well done team!”

“Delicious chocolate with great customer service and well packaged parcels from family business. Easy to manage your monthly subscription, change flavours and skip deliveries if you wish online. Not that you’ll want to! Being dairy free and low sugar is ideal for me and your tastebuds wouldn’t know - it’s just great chocolate. Almond, fruit and nut, and salted caramel are my current favourites.”

“Great family business who thinks about their customers. The variety could improve and the costs reduce. I have grandchildren with restrictive diets and the prices are not comparative to general dairy chocolate. I appreciate the difficulty for speciality foods and small businesses. The feedback is that the chocolate is great, so will still purchase.”
