“Everything went smoothly from arriving at the car park to getting on the bus to the airport, were given clear instructions on which bus stop to get when coming back. The young girl on reception must of had a long day as we didn't even get a smile from her...but I can live with that . Overall experience was good”

“Really great parking option for Gatwick, had no idea it was easy. Drop your car off at their site right next to the runway, catch their bus straight to the terminal, do the reverse once you come home. No having to park in a huge car park and walk a long way to the bus stop, I liked this a lot!”

“The 4 page email instructions on where to go & park your car and notes on how to pick the car up were VERY confusing. It was not clearly stated which of the various options discussed applied to me & what I had paid for. Need to clarify that communication. Excluding that - it was good”

“Not sure, how was other experience but we had no issue. parking was easy to find and so as space. Shuttle service was fast and on time. Driver kindly helped loading luggage.”
