Friendly staff at the car park and car ready on our return. Unfortunately, had to wait a long time for the bus on our return and when a bus did turn up, there wasn't enough room to fit everyone on so had to wait another 15 minutes. Not what you want at midnight!

Meet and Greet at Stansted involved as much walking as parking in one of the green car park spaces. Had no problems, never have with Purple, but the meet and greet concept has kind of drifted away. Think I'll probably just park in one of the 'colour' car parks at Stansted next time.

Not used them before but the service was smooth, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. Met their agent at Eastleigh airport long term, parked our car and kept our keys. Cars parked in allocated alternate slots so no car nearby to chip yours. Taxi came immediately and took us straight to cruise port drop off. On our return, contacted them once we had our luggage and taxi arrived within 5 minutes to drive us back to our car. Staff could not have been more helpful. Based on this experience we would certainly recommend them and will be using them for our next cruise.

Really impressed with Purple Parking - very efficient and value for money compared to other options for getting to and from the airport. I would suggest that their signage needs to be improved and more obvious - especially when trying to find them at 3am!!

No problems finding Jet Parks at Stansted, good signage. Didn't have to wait for a bus going to the terminal or coming back. Relieved I had taken the late arrival option as we were delayed over 2hrs coming home.

Had to wait ages at Heathrow for the bus back, then accidently got on the wrong bus. It was overcrowded, with passengers having to stand and not enough room on the luggage racks. A heavy case fell off the top rack as the driver sped around a corner, narrowly missing an elderly passenger. When we arrived at the parking I realised I was at the wrong place. The driver refused to let me do another lap round to take me back to the airport on the next departure and instead I had to get a bus by myself, late at night, with all my luggage to the other parking site. There was no empathy for me as a lone female late at night by myself. Annoyed with myself that I got the wrong bus, but I had been waiting so long and was so tired I didn't check. It would be good if the drivers interacted with passengers to check you are going to the correct place, but the driver barely spoke English and had a "couldn't care less" attitude (unlike the driver I had going to the airport a few days previously who made sure i was in the correct bus).

I parked in the main airport parking area. I've done this on a number of visits to Lpl before. On entry I was directed to zones E & F (I think). I've always assumed this was because earlier zones were full. I've done this before and have never seen any spaces on the way. This time I spotted a space close to the multistorey car park. This was very convenient, so parked in this space. On return, when trying to exit the car park, I was unsuccessful and called for assistance. I was told that I'd parked in the wrong zone and needed to pay a surcharge of £20. Whilst I accept that I didn't park in the zones indicated, there wasn't any information to suggest that a surcharge was payable for parking elsewhere - in the same car park. I had seen, on previous visits, a separate segregated zone adjacent to the terminal, which I took to be a premium option. My parking confirmation, on 3/8/25 at 18.28, ref-JRHJPS made no mention of any surcharge for parking in, what appeared to be, an open zoned car park. Needless to say this soured my experience of parking through Purple Parking. I'll be looking at offsite parking, with transport to and from the airport, on future holidays with Jet2.
