“Trust you will receive your orders without issue. All products have been delivered to the US.They ship from different countries depending on the product. Be prepared to have delays with customs in the us but they all clear fine. I had one product sit for more than a week with customs. Customer service can answer product questions if you’re looking for therapeutic advice. Biometric peptides give hope in the aging battle.”

“I placed an order for suppositories on Sept 16th-ish, but didn't get the order until a month later - and then only part of the order came. I was never given notice that the order would be delayed or that the two items would not come together. By the time the second half of the order came, it went to an address 200 miles away from where I then was living bc it never occurred to me that it would take a month to get an order from CA to ID. I moved the date for my subscription from Oct. 16 to Nov. 1 bc all of the first order hadn't come by the 10th of Oct. When can I expect the Nov. 1 order to ARRIVE? Customer service has been patient with me and helpful when I tried to follow up on the order, but I had to initiate the contact. I can deal with backorders or delays IF I AM INFORMED of them, but to be left wondering what's happening is unacceptable. CAN YOU TELL ME WHEN I CAN EXPECT THE NOV. 1 ORDER TO ARRIVE IN WA?”

“I had an issue with a backorder on my shipment, reached out to customer support and they were friendly, professional and well informed. Answered all my questions very quickly. I did receive my order and have been taking every other day for two weeks now. Incredible. I highly recommend. And the price is fair compared to competitors. What do ya have to lose? Give it a shot.”

“I found this product by chance a few years back. I had been reordering it ever since. I had tried so many different kinds of parasite cleanses and detoxes. Some worked ok . Others not at all . I tried ZOIBEN . A lot of people on a support group have tried it and worked. This is the best combination of natural ingredients that actually WORKS…!!!”
