I purchased Epilaton. The company did not tell me it was out of stock, I had to reach out 5 days after purchase to find out (and she didn't know when it would be restocked. Then they send me Endoluten instead. I open the box (shipping packaging was fine) and there were 4 blister packs that were very clearly opened. I contacted them again (with pictires) and couldn't believe she expected me to use the rest and only offer 10% refund. These are NOT safe. And the customer service is terrible.

Very impressed! I bought some Cartalax and I can definitely say my knees feel much better. Actually all of my joints feel better. I plan on buying more soon.

You was out of what I ordered. Which it did not say it was out of stock. Was CNN told by one of your reps could sub for another product which was the same so I agreed upon receiving it I looked it up not the same product and took a month to get. You do your research to see what my products were I took the time to do your review.

They communicate well and send the supplements as quickly as possible. I am still waiting on 2. A spray liquid form peptide for the brain and another one to help with DNA. I understand that they have different companies or suppliers that they work with and many of the supplements are in very high demand. Overall, I love this company for making these peptides available to us!

Until recently I've had no complaints. However, the last two times I placed an order delivery was delayed. Your web site said that the product was in stock and ready to ship. When I called you, your representative said the product was on back order.

Said addressed wrong so couldn't deliver. Address was correct on order. Emailed customer service. Finally delievered but not on date promised. Delivery date was important because I was expecting package before I left on a trip and didn't want it delivered while I was gone. Product as expected; not pleased with customer service.

I have placed two orders from Qi Supplements and was impressed with their excellent communication and fast shipping of the products.
