Relatively new to Quidco, Impressed with cash backs but after about 4 months, Bought through Quidco told tracked but up to now at least 5 have not shown on account. Although ebay small claims are paid, larger monies claimed £8 in this case are not paid just told not be long, although small amounts months after this claim are paid. Even the amount of time you have to wait up to 9 months for small amounts of cash back.

The whole point of a cashback site is to get cashbacks. Quidco fails to pay cashbacks, and has no support to help people who aren't receiving their cashbacks. Instead, you just get vague emails saying that the retailer declined and there's really nothing they can do. I don't know if they just pocket the cash themselves. It's possible, since the entire process is completely opaque and there is no independent regulator to make sure they're not just running a scam. Whatever the case, that means Quidco fails at doing its job. So there's no point in bothering to go through their site.

Quidco blocked my account, saying I have multiple accounts, this is not true, yet they say one account per person, so a household of say five are each aloud a quidco account but the next minute they block you because a number of accounts are using the same IP address, when they owe you money. Avoid, use topcashback instead never had a problem with them.

Big cash back get refused and small cashback get approved, That should be the moto for Quidco when trying to sign up for new customers to scam. Your cashback gets tracked at start and they either find a way to refuse that cashback which i believe they keep for themselves. stay away from this company because i have given them a try 2 times and i got scammed twice. I wish i could give them minus 5 stars, Biggest scammers of 2019. You have been warned !!!!!!

Suddenly they no longer recognise my email. Customer Services (and I use the term loosely) do not even respond. Sick to death of them so now use Top Cash Back. Have nothing positive to say about Quidco.

Tracking for mobilephonedirect allegedly failed. Although identified at Quidco end. Presumably the low margin retailer declined to honour. Disappointing.

Quidco almost NEVER works. They always seem to come up with some reason why your transaction is invalid, especially for larger amounts. Avoid it like the plague and stick to TopCashback.

They promise a highest cashback than they really give + they take ages to validate a sale. Worst is if you want to do a cashback claim, you can wait for a looooong time until you find out it has been closed without notice. Additionnal time for withdraw the money into your account. We're in 2019 but still taking more than a week to confirm account information and another week to transfer money.... come on !! Don't waste your time on this, more efficient to find a good deal on what you want to buy than use this website.

Quidco used to be easy but recently several times I have had to put in a claim and they never are upheld and I never get paid out, I am not going to use them again I will use an alternative site.

Purchases never seem to register now and trying to make a claim falls on deaf ears . I use a different cashback site now.

I've been a quidco user ever since they started and did well to begin with. Unfortunately last couple of years they have not been very honest, declined, deleted transactions. The website used to be very easy not anymore. Don't draw money out as a gift card as they will send you voucher that never works and then they blame the retailer. And the retailer blames them and nobody actually sorts anything out until you give up. So I lost some 60 odd squid , which is a lot considering how long it takes to build up. Needless to say I have been using topcashback for the last few years and I trust them. Good times came to an end...

I'll give 0 stars if that was possible. Ordered from Zeek.me a gift card at 26 Nov 18, tracked only 2 gbp instead of promised 6 gbp, opened a manual claim that took 5 MONTHS just to get declined! another 1 gbp never tracked and probably get decline soon, you shell never trust on a proper cashback from this site, it looks like they just want you to forget about your order by waiting for it so long.

I have emailed them twice now as they sent me a voucher code for a retailer that seems to have gone bust. If they had even bothered to acknowledge that I'd contacted them, I might have thought otherwise, but they clearly are only interested in getting money from my purchases. Time to switch to another provider I think, which is a shame as I've been with Quidco for a few years now. I guess the true test of a good organisation, is how they respond to you in times of difficulty.

Used to be reliable but now half of my cashbacks are declined, contacting the merchant they say that they did not refuse it, Quidco offer no help and tell me to contact the merchant, which I obviously have done. So where has the money gone, hmmmm. This has happened four times in the last few months, moving over to a different cashback provider now, see if they are more honest and reliable...

They check you're IP address when you withdraw funds. Won't honour cashback earned or allow you to withdraw if you're on holiday abroad. Refused to help when i contacted their support.

Wow. This site used to be good, but now they go downwards. Many of the attractive cashbacks do not track correctly. Especially the so called premium or top cashbacks. Always have to fight for them with claims. And the claim always ends with the retailer declined cashback. Despite the site ensures you they track your activity. In the end, for claims, you provide the details of the order and time (which strangely always is conveniently available on quidco). So my guessing is quidco always gets its shares from retailers, but the top cashbacks are just to lure you in for your activity.

Have always used Top Cashback who are excellent but was tempted with an offer to get a Star Wars Advent Calendar but it came to nothing! Very slow Cashback and most of it doesn’t track so raised a few claims and got nothing so far.

Quidco made an error and paid my cashback to my bank account twice, and then froze my account and suggested I paid the amount back to them before being able to access my account and further funds due to me. They suggested paying the amount back via cheque; the amount was £2.71. It would cost me more in buying an envelope and a stamp and driving to the post office to post the cheque than the amount due back to them. I have been a customer since 2012, and this kind of treatment is shocking, and will make me rethink using them again, as this was their error entirely.
