“Absolutely ridiculous and misleading company. I joined because I saw a great cashback deal but when I was logged in, the rate suddenly dropped from 45% to 30%. I went back later and it had increased back up to 45%...so I logged in and guess what, back down to 30%. Told a friend who said to use TopCashBack instead, they had it at 45% also only this time when I joined, it stayed at 45%. Now I want to cancel my Quidco account and can't find any option to do so!”

“Have used the for a few years. Like others I’ve found that now only small value transactions are logged and large ones fail to track or track at the wrong rate, you get zero support and they just blame the retailer. No option to flag the retailers which don’t pay out. If a retailer doesn’t honour their offer they should be removed. Also during Black Friday all the enhanced rates failed to track at the correct rate.”

“Used a few times and with no problems. However, just had a cashback with Sky rejected as I used the wrong web browser. It was the same browser i always use. Absolute scam!”

“I feel scammed from Quidco. I have used the service because I saw there was an offer for £15 on the first purchase. Surprisingly, my friend was entitled of this offer and I was not! Quidco decided to decline the new member bonus and allow the referral bonus (which I am also not entitled). In my support ticket, I requested to decline the referral and accept the new member bonus. Obviously, each side sees their benefit, but you don’t build long term relationships with customers by tricking them. Do you really expect me or any other person that I know to use Quidco again? My request should have been addressed properly at the first instance, and we are talking about £15, not £1000. With other service providers for cashback, I already have saved £500+ so far. Very disappointed.”

“Would give them no stars if I could!!! Used Quidco twice to purchase a holiday and some furniture. They claim that although it registered that I went through them to the websites, neither purchases tracked, so have declined both - leaving me over £80 out of pocket. Waste of time - normally use another cash back site who are much more reliable. Not using Quidco again!!!!!”

“Used to be very good and no problems (a few years ago). But now, it's just not worth wasting your time using. Nothing seems to track properly, and when you query anything (make a claim) together with proof of purchase, you hear nothing back. They're learning your shopping habits and you're getting nothing in return.”

“I have registered and made a purchase on the 24th of November last year and it was my 1st purchase from Sky Mobile and it never tracked and I contacted customer services. I was told to create a claim. I have done and now I am being told it could take up to 6 months. No update what so ever. It was my 1st purchase and it will be my last. Don't use this site they are scammers”

“Purchased a number of items however no nearer actually getting any money - took a payment that had been confirmed and Called it their fee - the others have been waiting months - waiting for the excuse not to pay it. Far easier to use coupons / vouchers rather than go through them”

“They tell me it will take 7 months for cashback. Also with premium membership it was supoused to be 10% it never said up to 10% BTW. And I can only claim for 5%! I can o ly wo der if they hold to your cashback money as lo g as they can!”

“Quidco used to be great and deliver well. However in recent times I have noticed that they have started declining larger cashback claims and paying out on smaller ones. When you contact customer services - they blame the retailers and that Quidco cannot do any more. Yet they have also removed the facility to put a retailer review on, so that we can warn other quidco customers away from these retailers. Quidco is happy to receive what ever commission they receive as they must be on a "pay per click" but not pay out or even support their customers in chasing and fighting the retailer for a cashback claim. Customer service says there are no seniors available to complain too nor will they give out details for complaints as they do not want to be "inundated with complaints from disgruntled customers" Avoid Avoid!”

“Very slow at paying out waiting over 6 months for my cashback compared to topcashback which is very quick. Always had to chase up my cashback but was only given excuses. I think they like to hold on to the cashback to keep you account open as long as possible so they get to keep another fee”

“I agree with many of the other reviews. Quidco used to be very efficient but more and more items do not track these days or they show a zero amount. It`s harder than ever to query these transactions and as other people have stated only very small amounts seem to track quickly. I waited almost 12 months to receive cashback from a pet insurance policy which I took out with Tesco.”

“I requested a withdrawal of £110 A MONTH AGO, which I earned from signing up a 2 year contract with EE 6 months ago Then suddenly Quido blocked my account and not return my £110 to me, which they have already received from EE”

“I have earnt over £many £0000's with Quidco over the past 12 years. They used to be very good, but it seems these days with larger purchases there are often problems, for example with IHG Hotels. They pay out but not at advertised %. When the amount claimed is in the 000's this matters. Their customer service is useless, and email discussions just die. Sometimes there is simply no excuse why payment has not been made. They don't dispute the % advertised, but pay out on lower %. It is interesting the small amounts always tend to be paid without an issue! I am afraid i don't trust Quidco!”
