“Bought an expensive Dyson vaccum cleaner enticed by £80 off deal via Curry’s but cash back declined afterwards. Had already opened and used the vaccum by then so couldn’t return it. Cash back was the key reason why we went for the expensive machine. From now on will not trust Quidco for larger cash backs. Only good for small ie couple of pounds worth of cash backs. I am not leaving my Quidco email here lest my account gets banned.”

“It's rediculous. Purchased cinema tickets in February never acknowledged the purchase. 2 other other purchases from February still haven't come through. Untrustworthy, not worth the hassle.”

“Confirmed cashback of £70 however 1 YEAR later it's not paid. Chased Quidco several times and get the generic "we are waiting on the retailer". Quidco, you need to understand my relationship is with Quidco not the retailer. You have no business model if I need to deal directly with the retailer Where is the commitment to the payments you have promised? Where is the escalation when things go wrong? It should be Quidco chasing the retailer when payments are falling behind as it's Quidco's reputation on the line.”

“Terrible cashback... Bought hundred pounds in ebay and got nothing... For many years that i tried to use this, i only got £.50 received. Ridiculous.”

“My account was blocked for no reason after the Tidal promo. Quidico replied to my email "Why was my account blocked?" with some laconic explanations that can be summed up to "We wanted a lot of people to register but we didn't want to pay them many, so your account will remain closed", as your review will remain 1-star. Would not recommend these scammers!”

“Quidco are terrible. I've had money not tracked, cashback denied, lower cashback than advertised, cashback waiting to be paid for over 3 YEARS! I cancelled my account and moved to Topcashback. So far 100% has tracked/paid. Please, please, please do not use Quidco.”

“Appalling site and customer service, first they advertise a massive cashback amount, and then when I sign up and log in it's dropped by about half the amount on everywhere I want to shop from. Then when I purchased and it showed in my account at half the values and some didn't show at all, they said I need to pay £1 a month to be on their premium membership level to get the amounts advertised. WHAT A SCAM.”

“I had an email from Quidco saying my cashback had been denied when I spent £10 of casino chips at Ladbrokes Casino online. 1. I took screenshots of my betting history and made sure it was all valid. 2. I contacted Ladbrokes, and they confirm my spend was valid and correct. I took screenshots of this email. I contacted Quidco about this and Jess closed out my case stating: "Unfortunately they have declined your claim advising us that you didn't meet the terms and conditions of the offer.". I told Jess I wanted to speak to a supervisor but my request was ignored and my case closed. I told them I have screenshots of everything. This was ignored. Totally ignored!! They just said: "As we will not be receiving the commission from the retailer, we are unable to pass this on to you as cashback.". This is totally irrelevant as I told Quidco I have a screenshot FROM THE RETAILER (Ladbrokes Casino) saying it was valid. So I feel Quidco are trying to rip me off here. What is going on!?!? What operation are you running here!? You are ignoring my screenshots, you are ignoring my evidence. You are just closing my cases out on me and won't let me speak to a supervisor. WHY? Claim 3881500 | Ref: DC323”

“Quidco are so quick to blame the retailer. I've actually spoken to the retailer who said they haven't had anything from Quidco and another retailer has also confirmed to me by email they have approved the claim but Quidco still haven't paid out. They are not very helpful whatsoever. Also now their live chat option is not available and you don't get any response by email.”
