“Not 1 complaint about rack attack. Ordered on a Wednesday shipped on Thursday. I love my Kuat piston sr wonderful product. From the time I opened the box to it being on my jeep 10 min. Very easy to put together.”

“I am deeply appreciative of the great work that Brian and his team did with installing both a rooftop and hitch-mounted rack on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Wonderful communication with the team about what I needed. They also sourced a part that I needed from Rhino Rack. The installation quality was excellent and the pricing was very fair—with the work completed on-time. I will absolutely be a return customer.”

“Last Fall we bought a great Yakima tilting bike rack (with a loading ramp that could accommodate the weight of my new EBike), down in Colorado Springs, near where we live. The key got broken in the lock and the 2nd key got misplaced. We have had a DIFFICULT and TIME CONSUMING time trying to find a way to get new keys from the place we purchased it...got no where. Today, I went into Rack Attack on Evans in Denver (not the company or chain we originally bought it from, but they carry Yakima racks) met Brooks, and explained the situation. He knew exactly what to do, did it, and I was out their door with a new lock mechanism and 2 new keys, in NO TIME (and at NO charge)!!!! He took SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME!!! I can't believe it! We'd been UN able to remove our rack for SIX MONTHS, because of not being able to get keys, and he remedies the situation in a little over 5 minutes!!! I'd give this place 10 stars if I could! He was friendly, listened, understood, and KNEW what to do! How can you get better than that???”

“Great products, store (Orange County), and people!! Can't recommend highly enough. They went above and beyond and I feel confident taking a road trip now! I wanted a rooftop car carrier for my SUV and thought it would be simple to get one. It was way more complicated than I expected between options, number of parts involved, and availability of parts. I did online research but wanted to deal with knowledgeable humans to get this right. Evacuated from the L.A. fires, still displaced months later, I needed to be able to safely carry my things around in all kinds of weather and access it easily. I went to several stores but none had the right combo of parts. Another store actually said "I'd go to Rack Attack. They'll have what you need." They were right, Rack Attack did! The people there - friendly, helpful, professional, responsive - helped me find exactly the items I needed to get the result I wanted. They had almost everything in stock, too. The one part that had to be ordered we sorted out easily. The store is clean, organized, attractive, and well stocked with so many options of high quality products to go have fun in the world. Biking, camping, hauling...they have it all. They also do installation right there to make things safe and easy! While I did put my own bars on the roof I wanted to make sure I had done it right. They went above and beyond for me, double checking my work and helping get the locks in right. I definitely feel far more confident now going on a long road trip with these new car additions after having worked with Rack Attack. So glad I went there. A great experience!”

“The Seattle Rack Attack location was great and Aaron provided excellent customer service. I’m not very familiar with roof systems and Aaron was patient and went through the different options. I originally purchased a snowboard rack but realized later that I needed a cargo box. The exchange process was very easy and I was in and out in less than an hour!”
