“So pleased with my Rack Attack experience and I just want to say that Alex from the Denver store is the man. I live in Rhode Island and Alex was able to get all the Thule pieces I needed (they are very hard to get currently) and ship them to me in 3 days. Again I am so pleased with my Rack Attack experience. 10 out of 10”

“This review is for the gentlemen at RackAttack on Dempster St in Skokie. They installed a hitch and Thule Helium Pro 2 on my Subaru Crosstrek, explained everything perfectly, and off I went. I called the RA team 4 times in a day working through the bike mounting issues. They were awesome and professional and did everything they could to help. The Thule Pro ended up not working for me, so they allowed me to return it, sold me a better solution, installed it on the spot, and explained everything to a T! I drove home, mounted the bikes and am happy as heck. GREAT product knowledge, EXCELLENT service, and VERY PATIENT with me. I appreciated the whole experience. Thank you!!”

“Great instructions and although there were lots of steps to follow, it was pretty straight forward. The only thing missing was how to remove the preinstalled plugs in the towers. Otherwise it was great”

“Shipping speed is so fast it's ludicrous. They say they have a faster delivery than amazon and they tell the truth. Their website is well made and easy to navigate. Also, I had to reach out to their customer service because I messed up my order and they were very helpful. Glad I discovered this store.”
