“been getting stuff from rack attack, mainly Rocky Mounts and Thule for years. cost competitive is the fixed market of racks great service via the website, so good I never need to communicate with them fast, safe and secure shipping”

“They were great I needed the equipment in a rush due to ordering from some other company that obviously doesn’t specialize in racks or customer service! With a quick phone call they were able to help me out, even took my order over the phone and two days later we were heading out of town with the rack on the car!”

“Wow, what service. Called and was treated like family. I wanted a rack that I could not find at 20 other places. Your team in Texas searched for me, found it in Seattle; the Seattle people were the most friendly ever..... I had my rack in VA in 3 days. AMAZING!!!”

“Alex helped me with this order over the phone. He was SUPER helpful and really went out of his way to see to it that this order shipped and was going to arrive the following day as I was heading to Mexico. He personally took the order to the UPS store for me. I'm just really grateful for what he did. This is the type of person I want helping my customers!”
