“Very good to work with. My purchase shipped quickly. The next day there was a problem when I was assembling my purchase. Not only did they respond quickly, but they contacted the manufacturer, as I had. The problem was quickly solved. I would definitely purchase from them again.”

“I was very pleased with my interaction with this company. I ordered a bicycle rack online. There was a glitch with the system on the credit card so I received a call… It was great because I found out what I ordered wasn’t the best choice for my situation - I emailed photos of my electric bicycle and promptly received a call back suggesting would work perfectly for me - It arrived a few days later… It’s still in the box - I haven’t tried to use it yet but I was happy with my experience”

“I promptly received the Thule item and thought it was missing parts. I was able to work with customer service to determine that the parts shown in the Thule directions that I needed were part of a different Thule kit. Lousy directions by Thule but great customer service by Rack Attack!”
