“We were just ordering keys for our Thule bike rack (multiple users, multiple cars) and they were super helpful. There was a minor computer thing that had to get straightened out - which we ALL understand! But they got everything back on track and the keys worked perfectly. Nice folks to work with.”

“Very happy with this purchase and the video that showed how to attach and use the Yakima On Ramp rack on my Kia Seltos. The delivery was quick and I've already taken me ebike on a 200 mile trip using the rack. No problems. Planning a trip from GA to CT soon and I don't expect any issues.”

“Great service. I ordered my bike rack online, but I also went to the Laird location and got great service. The young man who served me answered my questions very politely, and then spent at least 10 minutes trying to find the right master key replacement for my old rack (which he did). He obviously loved working there.”
