“The level of service was impeccable! My items took time to come in, but that was simply supply chain issues and had nothing to do with RackAttack. RackAttack kept me informed throughout the entire process and I am extremely happy with the customer service! Truly next level service when so many companies are using covid as an excuse, for delays, backorders, etc. among other things. RackAttack made every effort to excel! I commend the service, consistent updates and personal care that was given to my order. Thank you RackAttack and your amazing staff!”
