“My order had to be shipped from multiple locations. I was kept well informed of the process. Any and all updates to my order were quickly relayed via email for corresponding tracking numbers. “Great company to order from. It was interesting that I was buying a product for $199.99 and free shipping started at $200. I bought an extra item to save $65 for free shipping and each product was shipped from a different location and arrived at a different time. All good, happy with my purchase.”

“I found Rack Attack while searching online for the best price for a roof basket/rack for my Subaru. Rack Attack had the item in stock, with the best price AND free shipping. Other retailers had added shipping charges for the oversize item. The Thule rack shipped out immediately and arrived sooner than expected. I was very pleased with my experience. I contacted Rack Attack after my purchase because the rack went on sale a day after my purchase. They refunded the difference to match the sale price. I’m so glad I discovered Rack Attack. They are an excellent company.”
