“Great company, I've ordered 4 racks from them, and they have always been helpful to ensure that I'm getting the right product for my vehicle. I have also done one return with them (I sold a vehicle right after a purchase), and it was completely seamless. Highly recommended”

“This rack is top notch and is made with such high quality parts that I could pass it down to my son one day years and years from now. Not that I know whether he would need it or even have his own by then, but this is to illustrate that the rack most certainly will still be around and working well if taken care of. On a shorter note, it is super easy to use, and the box comes with everything you need for two bikes (assuming the hitch is already installed on your vehicle).”

I have come to rely on them for my trailer, truck bed ladder racks, cross bars, and, recently, fishing rod holders. They have awesome staff to help you. They are dependable and highly qualified to address any of your equipment needs.”

“Dealing with RA was a breeze. The bike rack arrived early and was in fine condition. I got the RockyMounts Monorail 2 and had an issue fitting the rack into the receiver but that's a manufacturer issue. RA did their part flawlessly”

“Great service and Support! Online website is easy to use to help identify the correct rack for your car. I ordered a roof rack and one of the pieces was malfunctioning. The customer service at Rack Attack was incredible! I spoke with Justin C. who answered me almost immediately and took care of replacing the issue right away. The new piece shipped very quickly and I was able to use my equipment with almost no delay. Thats what I call customer service! Thanks to Justin and the Rack Attack team for making this a hassle free experience. A+ service! Very happy customer!”

“Everything came perfectly in order, exactly for my vehicle which was very easy to enter my vehicle into the web site. I followed the youtube video provided and installed it myself in less than 30 minutes. And it works amazing and looks fabulous.”

“Great service and support. I ordered my rack online. I live in Portland. It shipped from Phoenix. When it arrived I didn't really know how to put it together so I called a local Rack Attack shop here in PDX. By the time I got to their shop to ask for some guidance, the gentleman with whom I had spoken had already printed out all the instructions for me. Top shelf service! And it only took me 15 minutes to assemble at home which saved me $100 in an installation fee! Way to go Rack Attack!”

“I saw Amazon had a 20% off sale on a bike rack I was thinking about. After deciding to move ahead I saw the price was not on sale. I called rack Attack about the issue and they honoured the price after the sale had ended, thank you. I ordered it online and it was delivered 3 days later, fantastic!”
