“Great experience with Rack Attack! I ordered foot pack for a Thule set up based on info I found online. I had it in hand in 2 days. Unfortunately my research proved incorrect and the folks at Rack Attack immediately sent me a return label and helped me figure out the correct component. Very happy with their service.”

“Excellent service with purchase and install, and adjusting install of Cargo Box on UX250h. Two in-person events and just a phone call to determine if an appointment was needed. Very efficient. I see that this request for comment pertains to the Moki door step that I bought on line after. Purchased that over the web. It's great.”

“I stopped in to get help getting new locks for my Yakima racks after losing the original keys. The staff helped me out with perfect customer service. We identified the key code and even replaced the cores with ones they had on hand. Since we swapped cores, they didn’t even charge me. You don’t find service like this often this day and age.”

“I phoned Turk in the King of Prussia store for help with Thule racks. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and it was very productive. Previously, I tried to get the answers I needed online but was unsuccessful. There is nothing that compares to speaking to a live person. There are issues with communication that can't be resolved online. I was under the impression (after using many racks) that all racks clamped onto the fixed roof mounts. Turk explained that some Thule racks are screwed into the roof mount. Major difference. Extremely helpful. Thank you Turk; Rack Attack.”
