“Rack Attack Leaside Location offers incredible service. They are knowledgeable and stand beside the products they sell. They have always been generous with their training and advising about how to best use their products. I am writing the review now because after my recent experience with the company and their commitment to make sure their product is working for their customers I wanted to ensure anyone deciding where to buy their rack knew that they may be able to find a place who will sell the racks cheaper but the service provided at this site is worth any extra additional fee. Having knowledge hardworking staff is something that is not consistently available in retail. Leaside Rack Attack is a reliable company that wants to help it’s customers. “For about about two decades, Rack Attack has been my go to place to purchase all my roof and hitch mount systems. When purchasing new vehicles, I buy the towers specific for that vehicle and roof rail type and can reuse my Jetstream aero crossbars from the previous vehicle. The Yakima SKS locks I purchased with my first roof rack system for my 2005 Corolla are all still working great. As is my original roof bike HighRoller racks and Yakima BigHorn 2 hitch bike rack. Love our Yakima SUPDAWG roof carrier as well. The service at Rack Attack has always been friendly, efficient and professional.”

“Unbelievable, Customer Service. Someone actually answers the phone speaks the language and knows exactly what they’re talking about. That is very rare these days. I have a system that is round bars. They were able to provide me with all the proper information to fit on the top of our pick up truck, which does not have a rack. I would recommend them highly”

“I purchased the Thule Wingbar Evo and attachments for our SUV to attach our Thule box. We’ve made several trips with this setup including a couple to FLA. They work great and it’s a very good product that we are very happy with. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that depending on your load and your speed on top, you should re-tighten the attachment clips because they will get loose which is normal at higher speeds and long journeys like 2,500 kms to FLA. Every I would suggest that RA staff advise clients accordingly.”

“A couple quirks in the website regarding in-store stock, but when I finally ordered, I soon after received a pre-emptive phone call that I had ordered the wrong part and so that was corrected right away. That kind of human to human service gives me a lot of confidence in Rack Attack! 100% recommend.”

“Emailed customer service for a quote on a system and received an itemized list the next day. Fast , free shipping within 3 days . I did call the Mississauga store during installation and was given the advice I needed . Beautiful system, no more lifting to the top of an F150 ! ( This picture was a trial of the system therefore I did not add bow and stern lines used to travel)”
