“The new Rack Attack in Charlotte helped me out tremendously!! Let me say that I went to a big box camping store 1st, but still had a host of questions that no one really knew how to answer. I went straight to Rack Attack from there as I figured they were pros on this stuff. They did not disappoint!! I worked with Peyton, who went over the pros and cons several of their cargo boxes and roof rack setups. I decided on a setup, but the big box camping store had a deal going on that couldn't be beat.... until Rack Attack Charlotte was able to match the price!!! Super happy with the purchase and the Staff at Rack Attack Charlotte!!! Oh, and a quick pro tip-- just get them to install it and save yourself the anxiety!!! Thanks Peyton and Store Mgr. Andrew!!! You guys ROCK!!”

“The bike rack I wanted was on backorder. I chose to order and wait for it to arrive. The wait was going to be months. Rack Attack offered to refund my payment of I could continue to wait. I chose to wait and they kept me informed with monthly e-mails on its status. This was much appreciated. I have received my bike rack and it is perfect. This company supports its customers and I definitely will buy from them again.”

“Purchased a skinny warrior basket to go along side my Thule box. Worked out good with some aftermarket crossbars. One of the threaded inserts for the screws in the center was un-retrievable so had to put a SS self tapper in it. Other than the fact that all your products are way over priced I’m happy with my purchase. FJB”

“Specified that the Yakima mounts were to be used on the stock crossbars of 2013 Subaru Outback. The received mounts did not fit. They agreed that an error had been made in fitment and sent a replacement set of mounts. I appreciate a company that admits when errors are made and works to correct them.”
