“C’est la première commande que je fais à Rack Attack et je tiens à dire que j’ai vraiment apprécié le service après-vente et les communications avec le personnel de l’entreprise. C’est clairement un service 5 Étoiles aux consommateurs. En plus, ils ont envoyé ma commande rapidement après mon achat et je l’ai reçue le surlendemain: c’est la livraison la plus rapide que j’ai jamais vue!!! Le matériel reçu est fidèle à la description sur le site et le site est vraiment très bien fait, toute l’information dont on a besoin s’y retrouve. En plus, le site est vraiment bien clair et convivial. C’est le meilleur service après-vente que je connais!”

“Shopping experience was great. Unfortunately, I am having problems with the locks not fitting into the racks. I am dealing directly with Yakima about this, hopefully they will be able to fix it. If not, I will let you know.”
