“Purchasing my kayak rack & accesories was a easy experience with the help of the employees in Kelowna. Delivery was virtual the next day. Unfortunately I had to return complete order due to an unforseen circumstance.......That was again made very easy for me. Thank you all so much & I would certainly recommend your company.”

“Greatly impressed with the customer service here! First off they were able to get seemingly otherwise unavailable parts I needed to complete my set up for my truck. I called on two separate occasions with very vehicle specific questions during installation and they were quick to help and their knowledge was spot on. Will only be using these folks moving forward with any of my roof rack needs.”

“I recently purchased Yakima HD Bars and they arrived ahead of expected delivery date, however when I tried to assembled I noticed 2 end cap screws were missing. I contacted Rack Attack and explained and was told that they would send screws asap. And within a few days they arrived, so thanks to all involved in rectifying the problem!”
