“I had ordered the same set of Yakima Baseline components for a roof rack for our little Toyota Prius C from a competitor of Rack Attach weeks ago on the understanding they had all the components in stock. Since then, that company has emailed me twice to inform me of delays in delivery due to the unavailability of the two sets of roof clips needed to fit the car, ultimately pushing the delivery into late September. It was disappointing, since we had just given away the car that was already set up to carry our kayaks, bikes, skis, etc., to my daughter, and because I've had good experiences with ordering from the same company on several occasions in the past. In looking for alternatives, it appeared that at least one of the sets of roof clips was out of stock or on backorder at virtually all online retail suppliers. When I checked Rack Attack, however, their website indicated that the clips were in stock. After confirming this with a phone call to their online sales support line, I canceled the other order and bought everything from Rack Attack. The order arrived within five days.”

“I'm a return customer. The folks at Rack Attack are helpful not just at point of sale but afterwards as well. And their online installation videos are much better than the ones from Yakima and certainly better than the instructions. And just knowing there is a human who is available to answer my questions makes the purchase and subsequent installation less stressful. I've helped a few friends with their racks by referring them to Rack Attack and all has gone well.”

“The staff at the Tigard location was very helpful to me. I got an open box rack from another store and the Tigard staff made sure I had all of the parts that were missing from my order. Then, they installed the rack and made sure it was secure and I had everything I needed to safely haul my bike. They are wonderful.”

“I needed 2 different sizes of baseclips. The one you had in stock was shipped to me fairly quickly without any trouble. The other was out of stock and I appreciate that your website said it was out of stock before I placed the order. I also appreciate the option to be notified when it is in stock again. Seems simple enough but you'd be surprised how many websites don't say when something is sold out. They just take your order and make you wait. I feel that's disrespectful to the customer. Thank you for respecting me enough to be honest with me up front.”

“Staff in store in Ottawa were very helpful when I was inquiring about getting a keyed-alike cylinder for my Thule accessory. They suggested I go online to order. I used paypal and inadvertently forgot to include the key code as it was not asked in my paypal exit. I used the online help with my order and included a note and the response was excellent and the appropriate matching cylinder arrived quickly. Overall positive experienec.”
