“Very good experience overall. Had the pads for my 2006 Prius Yakima rack, which the factory store did not. Easy to order, quick arrival. Shipping costs were high, in my opinion, but I would purchase from Rack Attack in the future.”

“Fantastic, Ordered my ski rack and it arrived 5 days later. installed on our new Outback and have used it twice already. “Great website and experience ordering and shipping but..... I did use a corporate card and for some reason there was a problem, i did verify all the information on my card was correct. It took me 5 phone calls, leaving messages each time. I ended up calling the Portland office and after 3 days someone returned my call to give me a finally gave me another number is Colorado to call. after leaving two messages there and waiting another 2-3 days someone called to get another card. After spending so much time getting an order, i was surprised that they weren't too helpful in trying to keep them”

“Recently I purchased from Rack Attack few Yakima items and some of them were not available in the inventory. I was promptly informed and revised the order without much delay in receiving the items available. Folks I spoke with were competent, friendly and quick on their feet. Great experience, indeed.”
