“The problem I have with ordering items from Rapidonline is that shipping to Canada is done through DHL, and regular mail is not an option. The problem with shipping through DHL is that they charge extra fees to the recipient and these fees were several times higher than the tax that was added. I know what tax to expect but the extra fees are not known when I place an order which is unsatisfactory. I would like to able to specify Royal Mail, which usually means no extra charges on receipt.”

“The last order I made I am afraid the service was not good. I paid for next day delivery but it did not arrive until the following day. Having said this I have been satisfied in the past. Maybe this was a one off occasion.”

“We had a scheduled order for 1st june invoice which arrive early with the goods. Whilst the goods are fine, the admin side of sales is very poor. Also special orders that include suport pricing etc by email is also bad - we have to phone through to make sure the email has been actioned as we do not get any sort of reply.”
