"I purchased a $4,000 massage chair from this company only to have it show up weeks late and damaged. Once they set it up they realized it was missing the internal air hoses. They took it apart and left. A new chair showed up over a month later which was also cosmetically damaged. Once they set it up they realized this chair was too broken and had many features that did not work. I worked with their horrible customer service (Hayes) who sent parts for it to be fixed. This took over a month and when the tech came to fix the broken parts, he left and my chair doesn\u2019t work. \r\n\r\nIt will turn on then freeze. \r\n\r\nI cannot get any help from Recovery for Athletes and spent 4k for a broken chair. I am\r\ntaking action in other ways to get this resolved. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY"
