“My experience was great! I came across the Recovery for Athletes website while researching water rowing machines. With everyone experiencing shipping delays right now due to COVID-19, I was skeptical of the “In Stock, ships out next day” claim. After a quick chat with Jared where he answered my questions and confirmed in-stock availability at their warehouse I placed my order. I ordered on Tuesday and received my machine on Thursday! I was rowing that afternoon. It helps that I live 60 miles from the warehouse where it came from so others’ shipping time may vary :-). I I’m very pleased with the actual product as well! Thumbs up for Recovery for Athletes!”

“I highly recommend this company. I ordered the Viking 2 Plus water rower from Recovery for Athletes website because I am going stir crazy during my state's Shelter in Place Order. I received box 1 of 2 from FedEX but did not receive the second box. I contacted Recovery for Athletes and, Jared, one of the owners, helped with my issue. While he was helping me, FedEX delivered box 2 of 2. Apparently there have been issues with FedEX due to all the deliveries during COVID-19. My water rower is great. Just for Athletes's website is excellent and easy to use. And when I needed customer service, I got one of the owners rather than some call center. Thanks, guys!”
“During these uncertain times the delivery was going to be pushed to about 3 weeks. They were upfront and asked me if that was an issue. I really needed this rower for the low impact workout. Jared kept me informed on my order and answered all my emails promptly. The water rower is working perfectly and I highly recommend it and going through Recovery for Athletes.
