“The package arrived very quickly but I'm disappointed with the choice, we had wanted to go to Buxton but the nearest place available is Ashbourne so then looked at The New Forest and again disappointed with the choice.”

“We had a dreadful experience with Red Letter Days. We purchased a voucher for the Lea Valley Whitewater centre. Red Letter Days took our money immediatately. In return they sent us a very vague code and told us to book through the centre itself. We tried to book on line but the code given by Red Letter Days did not work. It has been impossible to contact the centre itself and Red Letter Days do not answer their calls either. We've been trying to contact them for three days now. They should issue codes that work on line, especially in the current circumstances. They should also be contactable so we can sort these things out. I am finding many companies are now using lockdown restrictions as an excuse for lack of service, shoddy service or no service at all. They are quick enough to take my money but not so quick or even available to resolve problems.”

“Ordered an e-voucher for The Eden Project which came through more or less instantaneously. Saved money on the regular entry price. Easy to exchange vouchers for tickets although had to ring The Eden Project, couldn’t book online.”

“I ordered a super car drive experience. I received the voucher however since then I couldn’t get through to the company to book a date for the experience. The voucher can not be used online for the experience. I have tried contacting the the company by email and telephone but they are not responding to my emails and their telephone number is not working. This was meant to be a Father’s Day gift and the plan was ruined. Therefore, as I have had a bad experience, I have rated my experience two stars and will not be rushing to use this company again.”
