“Very disappointing I ordered this for a wedding present and ticked for a gift box expecting a lovely red one. It only arrived in a normal sleeve. I tried ringing and was about 10th in the queue so gave up. Order was 3 working days and took 4.”

“Hi there, I unfortunately work 8-6pm so cannot contact you with my problem. I ordered a red letter voucher for a restaurant but the email did not have the full voucher on and I have no means of contacting you. I’m happy to change my rating to 5 star once this is sorted. The £90 has left my account but the email didn’t include the voucher. Many thanks, Josh”

“We enjoyed our trip to the Epping and Ongar steam Railway & vintage bus ride. The long walk to the Tea Cafe was difficult for some people, and back uphill to be ready for a quick rail trip!!!”

“I booked afternoon tea at Marcos Italian Southwark. This was a birthday surprise for my partner . I have tried relentlessly to book the experience both by email and phone, to no avail. Not even an acknowledgment of my queries. Very disappointed, but also now I have limited time left to book an alternative birthday surprise.”

“I bought a voucher that I wanted to send to my son on his Wedding Anniversary. Unfortunately my home address was entered on the delivery. I wanted to change it to my son's address but could not do so. I e-mailed and was told they would answer within SEVEN DAYS. No use at all - my son's anniversary was in three days time. It cost me £6-85p to re-send the letter by special delivery to ensure my son received it in time. SERIOUSLY BAD SYSTEM!!!!!”

“I've used Red Letter many times. Great range of gifts - especially if looking for something special or unusual. Well worth paying the extra for a red presentation box - looks great and turns the gift into something which can be wrapped.”

“We had the viewing then after we went to the fox club for afternoon tea at 4pm and they were closed but yet it says closing time on the internet is 7pm. so we literally paid £79 for viewing.”
