“I can only review the booking process and the delivery of the letter. The booking process was easy and clear and the delivery was prompt. Have yet to book the actual day out, hence cannot comment on the actual experience.”

“I ordered an afternoon tea on Sunday 9th may for my sister's 60th birthday,I paid to have it in a gift box,it still hasn't been despatched,it's now Friday the 24th,I phoned at lunchtime but apparently the phone lines were closed for staff training,shocking service”

“I booked the Red Letter experience last weekend, received no confirmation email and have not received any dispatch information. I’m sure the experience itself will be superb but when you’re spending a lot of £, you’d appreciate that level of reassurance.”

“No communication with regards to dispatch, also tried to phone and waited 54 minutes eventually hung up. In the end phoned the recipient of the surprise (non-surprise!! now) to check if they have received it. Will not use Red Letter Days again.”

“Easy to order & understand. Price is acceptable + 10% off next order. Delivery was as sta& arrived on my son's birthday, so perfect. Packaging was great having gone for the red box package. My son & all the family loved the idea & hopefully he will enjoy the experience. All in all Delivery far. Thank you.”

“So after I made my purchase with Red Letter Days, after a week disappointingly, it still hadn't arrived. When I called, the person was very helpful and cancelled the original voucher in case it had got into wrong hands, re-issued a new one and to compensate put it into a presentation box with no charge and dispatched it with 24hrs tracking. I got it the next day. Red Letter Days redeemed itself - well done.”

“It was relatively easy to place the order and confirmation was received quickly. However, I had to make 2 phone calls and email customer services to get confirmation that the order had been dispatched despite the initial email saying a despatch email would be sent to me. I was concerned because it was for a Golden Wedding gift and I wanted to know it was on its way.”
