Very usaeful facility in the main - however - aftger use - I find that my Malware Protection has always been 'Turned-off@ !!-Notvery pleaseing !!

Satisfied with the service. One thing I have a problem with: After service, I get phone calls from other companies wanting to "clean" or "service" my computer. They tell me I've done business with them previously, but I don't think so. I am afraid of having my computer hacked.

I have used Reimage for over a year. When I recently renewed my annual subscription I had trouble due to a cross-over problem. I am trying now to remember the details but when I contacted your service group they found where my renewal passwords did not work and they fixed them. I like your product. I have friends who are having trouble with Windows 10. I have stayed away from WIN 10 but wonder if your system is setup to fix a number of Window 10 problems? I signed up for 3 copies this year and have two more PWs I have not used yet. Can I help my friend? Thanks for your follow up message. Bob Cope

As i have said previosly i am no computer expert. From the first scan wich took about 2 houres too complete the next scan only took about 15 min and always comes up with same problems that the syustem has crashed and refures too windows i have windows 10 is this a comon problem with windows

First experience was great. Called this past Saturday June 11, experience not so great. Was told that when I signed up for year of service, that it covered both of my computers. On June 11, when I called to have my second computer checked out, that what I had paid for only covered one computer. Lee, the person I spoke to offered for an additional fee, to do this service. I told him I would hold off and wanted just my computer on file looked at. He told me several times a tech would be calling me back within 10 minutes. As of today, Wednesday June 15, I still haven't been contacted by someone. Makes me a little leery of the truth of your service. Hopefully I am wrong and this was just an oversight.
