“Second time using the Manchester branch through Arnold Clark. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Price was far better than other competitors and the vehicle was perfect for the four of us. Definitely would recommend them, and will be using there service again when next of vacation. Thanks. Joe.T. Canada by way of the UK.”

“When traveling in Italy to find my wife's ancestral origins, I had an accident after going down a small road where I scraped one side of the car. After trying to send in my claim information twice with no response from the company, I had to start a chat after three months to find out the case was closed. They deemed it was my fault and no reimbursement was coming. Nowhere in the terms does it say someone else must have caused the damage. If that is true, this is not full coverage. I paid and got nothing!”

“So far, so good. Have used them around 10x already. Most recently I had to put in a claim, and I followed the prescribed procedure exactly. My claim got approved within a week and paid out a few days later. Only reason why I have not given them 5* is that I am unable to use the credit from a previous, cancelled rental period, they say for technical reasons. Other than that, my experience so far has been very positive.”

“Have booked a rental car through Check24, selecting the full coverage with reimbursement of the deductible. Shortly after receiving the booking and a separate confirmation of insurance coverage by Rentalcover itself, which seemed strange to me, I then received another mail from Rentalcover that the insurance was canceled, without giving any reasons. Shortly thereafter, I was offered, again by mail from Rentalcover a new insurance, however, about 25% more expensive. Is this called a business model or fraud?”

“Very helpful/quick efficient service/Had to change travel details they dealt with cancellation of car and insurance policy quickly. Then proceeded to rebook my new dates without any fuss or dramas. Refunds were quick. will use this company again. Thanks”

“Cancelei uma reserva e queria utilizar valor do reembolso em uma outra reserva e não permitiram. Informação é de que reembolso é só para novas reservas futuras. Lamentável. Talvez não faça nova reserva nunca.”

“We had a Really Bad experience with them. How are car got pushed to side of the road while parking. We had all the evidence of what happened there, we rpvided all the needed documents, pictures and videos. And they decided by themselves that they are nor compensating us, without giving any reasons or explanations. They were continually ignoring their part of the terms of agreement and tried to exhaust us during the claim for at least 2 months.”

“Rented a car with rental cover insurance. During my rental period I had a crack in the front window. Making a claim was very easy as I had all documents available. The communication wasn't personal. All was automatically generated. For me this was fine. Took only 2 business days too get my claim approved and another business day to get the payment on my bank account. Can't say anything bad about my experience really. Other than the initial payment was 50 euro's short somehow. After replying to their earlier emails I got another claim approval with remaining amount.”
