“He intentado hace run reclamo y es imposible, la pagina para hacer el claim es muy mala, solo cargas la informacion del contrato y no hay manera de avanzar y nadie se pone en contacto , tampoco responden los email”

“There website doesnt allow you to file for claims. Went on line to search for there address. The 800 telephone no in Cal. and the address is in NY.Next time i will uses the car rental insurance for coverage”

“trying to file a claim for vandalism. after filing out and downloading the document requests with police reports, photos, rental agreements and tried to submit it came back as unable to find the the page. i have also contacted Rentalcar.com which owns this company and after more than 3 hours on the phone and being put on hold multiable time they gave me a number to call which ended up being some on the other side trying to sell me something. do not Under any circumstances use either of these company.”

“Rentalcover.com is totally a scam. No contacts and not much information provided to the customer when first purchased through online. DO NOT trust any online third party insurance companies unless you want to ruin your holidays.”

“Had a rental SUV for 4 weeks and had to extend it for another 10 days. Went to get more coverage and it was done immediately at a great price. Now need to rent again and will do the same things. Just waiting back for the quote.”

“Do not use this company!!!, it is a fraud!!!. We rented a car through Booking.com we bought full coverage to travel in Mexico. When we arrived at Europcar to pick up the car. Violeta in Reforma 208. Mexico, DF told us that our car was not covered and asked us for a deposit of 10,000!!! If not, he would not give us the car. We showed her the confirmation and she told us that it didn't exist in her system. We spoke to RentalCover.com and they said we are not covered even though we gave them our confirmation number. Keddy, another company 3rd, also denied everything. long story short, they didn't give us the car and they didn't let us cancel, and they charged us, ruin and plans. Moraleja never rent a car with companies that use third-party contractors. You may be surprise, because our trip was totally ruined”

“There is an error trying to buy the policy they say make contact. We have only by email and clearly don’t want to be held accountable by phone. Still no contact after 24 hour and we need the policy tomorrow”

“They are crooks !!!! 3 days of approving the claim is a lie, it took more then 10 days. Finally, claim was rejected, cause ther was no CDW….did someone says it is a must ???? NO - nobody says so !!!!!”

“AVOID using rentalcover.com. I had an accident where the other driver was at fault, and I submtted the claim. I am told by RC that the investigation process can take several months and then they may or may not pay me if I cannot prove I was not at fault. So for a no-fault policy this is wrong. And I may or may not get my money back in several months. And it is impossible to talk to anyone as they do not list a contact number.”
