“IF I COULD HAVE THESE PEOPLE ARRESTED I WOULD!!!!!!!! THEY A THE SCUMBAGS OF THE INTERNET BOOKING GAME... WHEN YOU CANNOT GET A RESERVATION FOR THE DATES/TIMES YOU WANT TO BOOK ON A TRAVEL WEBSITE THEY MISLEAD YOU INTO THINKING YOU CAN GET A GOOD RATE AND BOOKING BY USING THEM - THROUGH A LINK TO THEIR SITE. THEN THEY CHARGE YOU THE ENTIRE BALANCE DUE IMMEDIATELY! THEY WILL NOT LISTEN TO ANY CANCELLATION SPEAK AND ACTUALLY HANG UP ON YU WHEN YU WANT TO CANCE;. BE AWARE THAT THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM TO RIP US ALL OFF BY TRYING TO BOOK TRAVEL TO WHERE WE WANT TO GO AND CONFIRMING SOME RANDOM HOTEL IN DELUTH, MN OR SOMWWHERE YOU'LL DEFINITELY NOT GO! WHY ARE THESE FGOLKS ALLOWED TO EVEN 'TRICK F' US AGAIN?”

“This is the worse agency you can possibly hire! No skills dealing with incident management. They are rude and not helpful in their interactions.We had our flight cancelled very last minute and we called both the agency and the hotel to notify we will be a no show. They are still trying to make us pay for the full amount of 3 nights stay even though we notified them for a no show within the cancellation policy (before 18.00 PM of the first day) which we would only pay for one night as a fine. They've caused myself and my family so much stress - please book somewhere else.”

“Never use this company. I had them book me a hotel with a pool mandatory. I had them double check the pool was open and working. When I called the hotel- pool under construction. They would not refund my money! Spent 2 hours talking to a manager! They ruined our trip. Do not use this company!”

“Wow came to leave a review wish i had noticed I was booking with them and not the hotel. Ended up in a car accident the day of my reservation and tried to cancel. I sent in pics and the police report. After they “reviewed” it said they couldn’t cancel because there is a no refund clause even under the circumstances. I will be more careful next time”

“Absolute fraud, pose as booking direct with hotel then charge you 50% more than advertised price. Do not use this rip off service.”

“This is a fraudulent organization. I thought I was booking directly with the hotel and by mistake booked through them, they have a much more restrictive change policy and tried to charge one night's stay for a change the hotel gladly accepted. Avoid at all costs.”

“I would go lower than one star if possible. DO NOT use this website. They did NOT tell me they were going to charge me a $19.99 booking fee and they charged my card $139 MORE than my bill when I checked out of my hotel. They also charged the card immediately when I made a reservation, even though I supposedly had until the next week to cancel if I needed to. I tried to get a refund, but they refused. This is a TOTAL SCAM!!! I thought I was calling the hotel's central reservations as the number pops up when you go to the hotel homepage. I've booked through Hotels.com and Tripadvisor and never had any issues.”

“Terrible scam. I am reporting to my bank as fraud. First off, they sneakily pose as direct booking with that hotel. Second they have hundreds in hidden fees. I was booking, entering my card info, began to read fine print & the company/site completed my transaction! I had began transaction online yet never authorized it through. My bank sent a confirmation #for this purchase that I never entered which is required to complete purchase so I plan on getting my money back. I cant believe this company is in existence.”

“This company ripped me off. Do not use this Company. You will not get your refund back. They’ll give you the runaround. I called 6 times. To start of, you can’t understand any of their staff because of their accents. The added charges to my card after the initial charge of $500”

“I wish there was negative stars. This is a complete scam. I completely thought I was calling the hotel directly. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. I was lucky enough to cancel, but right off the top there is a $20 fee just for booking it. I won’t get that back.”

“This company lies and steals your money! I made a reservation with what I thought was the Holiday Inn Express on February 20th in RI to visit my dying mother. I had just received news that she was declining and I needed to get there. I booked a reservation for 2/20 to what I thought was 2/21. Instead their system booked me to March 21! The charge was over $4665.00!! I discovered the error in the morning when I was making sure I had my confirmation number and I immediately called them. They said my reservation was non-cancellable but then they directed me to the hotel. The hotel did not get the funds and they directed me back to Reservations.com. Calls, emails, letters, letters to attorney generals of NY and FL (I live in NY) are of course a total waste of time. I disputed the charge with my CC company and they could not get it reversed, and then I finally received an email from Reservations.com that they were going to refund my money. CC company tried to retrieve it and they did NOT refund. So I got taken for $4,666.00!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIVES!!!!”

“Total fraud. You don't realize you've booked though them! Then the booking is non refundable but you aren't told that. I wasn't even canceling but rather trying to change from a king to double beds. I was told no that it was non refundable. I told them I realized that and just wanted to change. I was hung up on, called back, hung up on again and the 3rd time was told there was a $229 penalty for changing. I cannot believe the can be in business!”

“As other have said your going through the booking before you even realize you are on their website - I was using my phone and the hidden fee was not visible and before I knew it -I get a higher rate than other sites with addition service charge non cancellable - for whole thing - I called within ten minutes and was quoted several times that I had agree by a click to the charges.”

“DO NOT BOOK THROUGH RESERVATIONS.COM!!!!! I had a horrible experience 1st and last time ever using this SCAM sight. They keep your money when the hotel agrees to your cancellation because due to hotel being shut down completely and sending guests to another location. RESERVATIONS.COM is a 3rd party vendor, just call & book your hotel stay directly at the hotel of your choice. *** RESERVATIONS.COM are SCAMMERS!!!!!****”

“There should be a spot for negative stars. This is the worst scam site around. You Google your hotel if choice, don't notice you are clicking on reservations.com, get charged an extra fee, and then they tell you it's non-refundable if you try making a change whereas the hotel would make the change in the spot. DO NOT USE I booked a trip through them. Called them back 5x before the supposed cancelation deadline. They disconnected me everytime while "processing" the request and the 6th time i called back they told me it was passed the deadline.”

“Misrepresentation bordering on fraud in most any other industry. Buried terms and conditions. I find their ethics wanting. I think their owners Expedia.com perpetuate the abuse of the Consumer Marketplace. They present a excessive amount of non-useful information to cover up the fact that you are going to pay a non-refundable payment by using their site. Zero accountability. I am requesting investigation by the Attorney's General Office.”

“I truly wish I saw these reviews before I used this site. Listen to the ratings, they are real!! Customer service is incredibly lackin.! First of all, they will only answer your call immediately if you push the "book a new" reservation prompt. If you have an issue (want to change, cancel or anything else) you will wait on hold for quite some time. I tried calling 3 separate times to resolve an issue because they continue to say they there is nothing they can do and then they disconnect the call. So incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional. Assistance is not there after your money is in their hands. Think twice about Reservations.com.”
