At the bar, I was skipped over by one bartender to order food. Then she went to all others to get drinks while the other bartender was lying on the bar. She then left my credit card in the machine and walked away. I went to the front desk to talk to the manager and the woman said there was no one available and I couldn't be helped. For how much I spent on the room you expect better customer service, but the staff does not value their customers!

I would say most of the guitars advertised by Reverb, either don't match the description, pictures vary in the actual color as well. The Ad might say "sunburst" then you open the ad, and it's blue AND more money. There is no way I would purchase from them. Mistakes happen, however I don't see this in guitar center, e bay, or any other music resale site. It's really fishy

Trying to get someone to call you to try to sort a sale out is impossible. It will only be through chat and email and will take forever. You're also charged unbelievable hidden fees, especially if you sell international. I can't use this site again.

Before the sale of my product, they asked me to update my debit card information. After the sale, they sent the product to the wrong institution. I asked support why they need my debit account information if they aren't going to send it to them. Support "May A." stated that they needed my debit card to bill me for my sale. Bill me for the sale that was already billed out of the sale itself?????? That makes no sense, why would I be billed for anything external when they take the money out of the sale itself?????? Instead they sent my money to a wrong account forcing me to wait up to TWENTY DAYS when I need this money YESTERDAY. I don't want to sell my gear, but I sure do like being able to pay my bills. Seriously NEVER again. NEVER even EBAY has you VERIFY

Hard ass company. Ordered cover for Fostek headphones. Sent metal headband. When rep called back (firm does not answer with humans, only takes callback #) he said forget it, proper item still backorder. Dumb me. Only thing that arrived was a $50+ charge, which I disputed and lost (thanks Jessica) as I misplaced the metal band. Found it and Jessica did not prove a RA. Really, really advise shopping elsewhere...preferably somewhere that answers, not screens, customers. Oh, bought splendid cover and pads elsewhere.

Worst company have delt with in my life zero customer service besides a AI that is same thing over and over won't remove my data been 2 weeks still not heard from a human besides the one that suspended account for zero reasons. Please check out all the thousands of horrendous horrible customer experiences reviews and bbb and why 3rd Google search is how to delete app. Sad only california has protections for data but still abusing my rights. If like to join Facebook page reverb sucks for grouping experiences and reviews. Was on site less than week and sold a 1968 d35 4800 martin and then just ended listing and suspended account . Site was super glitchy think was reason removed cause only 2 pics got downloaded and was first day on site when got home to fix and direct buyer was removed and won't let me relist spend 4 hours trying to correct and get buyer his guitar, only to get suspended and site just goes in circles never able to do anything. I'm and happy guy but still erks me week later

Item arrived broken, been in the process of getting a refund for two months thus far despite full proof. The website seems to favour the seller in these situations. I am having to wait while the seller files a claim with the courier as opposed to sending the item back to them first and receiving a refund.

Everything with this site is a nightmare. First purchase arrived broken. I was told credits are the best solution. Tried to use credits, then waited for a refund because the item was out of stock. Then I bought just anything to resell on eBay since no refund was coming. Then I get a message my password was compromised and trying to change it, each URL was bad. My God. This place is a scam. Run far away from it. Delete your card # before deleting your account because I’m sure there will be problems there too.

They try to harvest sensitive data to sell them to data broker and or criminal?! They ask me my passport copy to finalise my transaction! what to hek is that, credit card provider already verified the transaction! Really shady business Will never use Reverb store again!!

Use to be a great place to buy and sell. No longer as they are all about how much they can make. This has turned sellers into angry people who at times just don't like answering legitimate questions. I have experiences some sellers who vent their s@##t personality via email. So in closing F reveb.com.

I sold an acoustic guitar on this site on December 1, 2024. Payment was made on Monday December 2, 2024. The payment was returned on December 5, 2024. My bank confirmed this. Reverb claims they have not received a bounce back from my bank and will not reissue funds they do. I have sent them notarized ACH from my bank First Horizon Bank several times with no results. They continue to ignore this information and claim they have not received a bounce back of the funds. It APPEARS they are trying to steal my money. Just my humble opinion.

Unfortunately you can't give them a Zero review. I will be contacting the government till I find an agency that will shut these people down. I sold an item they refuse to pay me not unlike many others on this site. Do not use Reverb you will get screwed

Horrible customer service. Bought a cymbal 4 hours away from me. Took 13 days to get to me it was too late it was present. I refused the order and now 15 days later still no refund. I will never use Reverb again. Warning to the buyers!! Gonna be contacting Better Business Bureau to file a complaint on them.

Twice I've tried to buy from reverb. Both times they charged my card and then cancelled my order, only to have to wait for my money back. I will never try to do any business with these people again. What's the sense.

I bought a guitar through reverb andTulsa guitar co. It was listed as excellent no defects never been owned.The guitar was defective the nut was not cut for the g string could not tune it. It took a while to figure that out. Took it to local guitar shop to have the nut cut and a basic set up ( which should have been done before it was even shipped. Found out the neck was manufactured wrong contacted reverb and Tulsa guitar co both used the excuse too much time had passed to give me a refund. It had only been 30 days from when i received it. Epiphone would not warranty because it was not bought from a Gibson dealer. So now I'm out all the money and stuck with a bad guitar!!!!
