“Make it cheaper.”

Hello, Our prices are made based on a variety of competitive factors. Please note here at Rhythm we have a rental fleet of over 5000 products. All of our gear is tuned/ waxed/ laundered after each rental use. We offer a free shuttle service on the first and last day of rental. Furthermore, we are very flexible with refunds for early returns and cancellations etc. We also offer a very personalized experience where we do whatever we can to help you out and get you sorted. “Staff are always very helpful and have up to date knowledge on products. The shuttle service to drop/pick up your gear was fantastic, apart from when the store is busy and some of the staff say they can’t accommodate the transfer, I believe all staff should be on the same page on when they will and won’t do transfers.”

“Great service! We used them for our trip to both Hakuba and Niseko and they did a 9 day rental between the 2 areas which was seemless and very helpful. Switched out gear a couple of times as well and that was very easy. Great team.”

“This is my second time using Rhythm. I am particularly impressed with the advice they gave about the kind of skis and snowboards to rent and furthermore, I decided to return my equipment a day early. I assumed that I would lose my money but they refunded me instead. I will be going back next year to Niseko and I will go to Rhythm again for sure.”

“Friendly, helpful and attentive staffs. Super efficient when picking up the rental gear. Rhythm Japan has many different selections in ski/board across all level of skiers/snowboarders. Would definitely go with them again.”
