“Great service from pick up to drop off! Rhythm made it super easy to get from Echoland to their main shop (free shuttle services) with easy drop off in Echoland (return of hire gear) at the Bear Cafe on the main street in Echoland. Their assistance on first arrival was great, super friendly staff with positive attitudes. Hire gear was all great quality also! Will hire again if we need!!”

“Service friendly, knowledgeable, and fast, just what I needed. Apres ski boots I rented were super ugly but honestly I fell on my butt in my sneakers as soon as I returned them so I can say for sure they were worth it.”

“Staff are friendly and helpful. A guy especially impressed me (I didn’t know his name) who acted patiently for changing my ski boot into another shape ( of same size as original pair). He tried to explain to me nicely. Good customer service. Even they serve so many customer from day to day, they wear a smile which is very good indeed !”

“All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and took the time to make sure our gear was perfectly fitted. The convenience of several outlets was great too - even a service desk in our hotel. Would not hesitate in going back there.”

“This is our third year to Niseko and each time we rent our equipment from Rhythm. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting skis and snowboards and there is a great selection of equipment, especially if you go with the premium package. They also make it really easy to swap out throughout your rental period so you can really test out and get a feel on different skis. If you stay at AYA or The Maples (and maybe others that I don’t know of) there is a Rhythm staff member on site to answer questions and also to drop off equipment at the end of your stay, saving you an extra trip to the store to return.”

“Would be good if they had a bit more of a streamlined ski collection system, took well over an hour once we were at the shop to collect pre-booked skis and boots. Quality of the skis was good though and the hotel po I’m up service was a definite plus.”
