“Was all great except i was given 1 size apre ski boot and an different size for the other boot. My husbands ski boots were too small and had to be swapped. The ski collection service from the hotel was excellent. Overall all good”

“I recently hired skis and boots for more daughter from the new Rythym store in Hirafu and was very impressed with the service provided. I was travelling with a big group and the pick up and drop off service provided was very helpful. I would definitely rent from Rythym again”

“Awesome rental experience, provided top of the line skis for my 7 days skiing in Niseko. Will likely buy a pair of the same skis in the offseason. Seamless return process as well. Cheers!”

“Rented 2 pairs of boots and snowboards from 2nd Jan to 10th Jan. Service staffs were all very friendly and helpful and the place makes one feels very welcome.”

“Really great experience renting with Rhythm over the last week. Professional staff - most extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help. Would be good to have an elevator to carry equipment to valet versus trying to carry it up the stairs separately”

“Very poor. Children were waiting in a small area packed with crying children. Waiting time was unacceptable with all their ski outfits stuck indoor for 45 mins. Crying children were ignored. Understaffed with so many young kids. Total chaos and unprofessional instructors for small kids. Ruined my daughter first time ski experience. Never recommend to others.”
