“it's great. the staff showed professionalism and enthusiasm. they were also helpful with change of gear when we brought back the boots to change size. i really like the service level rhythm showed.”

“Excellent service - quickly greeted and served upon entering the shop each time, whether for initial pick-up, mid-rental changes, or final drop off. Flexibility of being able to use multiple locations for pick-up, changes and drop-off was also appreciated.”

“Snowboards and boots were great condition with friendly staff in a busy shop. Husband also rented some Apres boots as he didn't have any waterproof boots which were terrible to walk any distance in and rolled in when walking. Bring your own waterproof shoes with good ankle support.”

“Great gear and service. The queuing system could have been more efficient as I waited for 30 mins standing to do an exchange for my board and there were others cutting queues as it wasn’t clearly stated if there was supposed to be 1 queue for all counters or a queue for each counter. However finally someone noticed myself and another poor young guy waiting (he waited even longer than I did) and we were immediately tended to after. Overall still a great experience.”

“As always the staff were great, the vibe in the store was fantastic and the coffee is bloody ripper! The Jones snowboard I rented was great and the burton boots did the trick.. Will definitely see you guys again next year..”

“Staff and equipment were great. Ask the staff about the pick up/drop off service! They were able to take us back to our hotel after we had picked up our equipment! The rental process was quick and easy.”
