“Excellent service, great gear and English-speaking staff. They were super helpful in exchanging when I picked the wrong size. The drop off and pick up service were really useful too. Highly recommend 😊”

“My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Rhythm Japan at Niseko. All the Rhythm staff we interacted with, went out of their way to help us with all our requests. On our first day at Niseko we got lost trying to get back to our accommodation on foot. We stopped someone in a Rhythm van to ask for some guidance and directions. The driver volunteered to drive us back to our hotel - outstanding initiative, and so much appreciated. My ski boots were very hard to put on and take off, even though they were comfortable and fitted well once they were on. I took them back to Rhythm. I was provided a replacement pair of boots which were fantastic and made a huge difference to my enjoyment of our time at Niseko. Thank you Rhythm. I think you should be very proud of the way your staff work hard to provide outstanding customer satisfaction. I wouldn't think of using another company for ski hire after this experience.”

“Booking, check in and check out very easy. First timers might find the 3pm rush a bit overwhelming but never fear it is quick once you get your turn. Ski quality fine for level and staff very friendly and efficient. Cannot live without the morning coffee from those quality barista boys and girls too!”

“Great equipment, friendly staff, super convenient location which made it super easy to exchange gear as needed. Was able to try out a couple of different boards throughout my rental period which was amazing! Would definitely rent here again.”

“1st set of boots felt ok in shop but linked into ankles on snow. 2nd set boots comfy but loose, couldn’t adjust them to give edging on skis. took them back and Britt found they were 2cm too long! The 1st set of skis very harsh riding and got impression they lost “spring”. 2nd set much better.”
