“We collected our rental gear from the new Rhythm Flagship store in Hirafu. Our gear was expertly fitted, the Rhythm team were extremely helpful and friendly. After our fittings we were dropped off to our ski lessons! An added bonus. Once our rental was completed a team member collected our gear from our accommodation. I highly recommend Rhythm and would definitely use them again!”

“First timers made to feel welcome and the team at Rhythm sorted us with all the gear we needed. We were able to change our original booking reducing items needed and extend the hire with a quick telephone call. They also provided a pick up service from our accommodation. Can highly recommend.”

“Great service at Rhythm, I booked the premium hire package for my family. My wife change her boots to get that perfect fit and so did my daughter. My son swapped out snow boards to try different styles of board in different conditions. Great service and attention to detail. Thanks Rhythm Greg”

“We were a family of 6 people, and the team @ Rhythm Japan treated us all very well. Premuim ski recommendation was spot on, for the snow conditions, and gear fitted well. We would return and use them again.”

“We booked our ski rental from Aus before our trip and Rhythm picked us up from our hotel, were very thorough with the fitting and dropped us back again with our gear. Good quality gear and very easy to deal with. Would definitely hire from Rhythm Hakuba again.”

“Board given to me was old and tired, needed a waxing. I had to redo my own bindings. That’s said People at the shop very friendly and helpful.”
