“We really appreciate the attention to detail that Rhythm provides our family each time we go to Japan. The staff or engaging and helpful and their line-up of skis is excellent particularly for high-level skiers who like to change their skiis often according to changing ski conditions and run choice (off piste vs groomed runs) Thank u Rhythm!”

“Great service, and very accommodating when we wanted to change from Skiing to Snowboarding. They refitted us with new equipment without charging us. Tommo at the Hakuba shop was a legend!”

“Smooth process from ordering and paying on line to pick up and drop off in country. Staff always seemed helpful and friendly. We went back to change youngest daughters boots and got great help and quick turnaround even though they were flat out. They would also be one of maybe 3 places in Hakuba that can make a coffee that is not drip-filtered Amerciano! Would definitely use again.”

“service was fantastic! quick feedback is perhaps make it mandatory to put stickers on the boots and helmets as well. Reason being, we were part of a big group, and as we rented most equipment, there was a mix up on boots and helmets given they were of similar size and model. o Otherwise, great service.”

“Although we paid for the Premium Equipment, the equipment was pretty old and beat up. Would've thought that at the start of the season we'd have newer gear. Not the end of the world, but Rhythm could do a better job of cycling out old gear and keeping the rental fleet fresh.”
