I think there is a reason why you guys are so successful in Niseko. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rental and return process are very user friendly and efficient. Its just great.

I was very impressed. Very efficient check out with good care taken to ensure right boots and skis. Loved the shuttle drop off. Super easy to change over to an awesome powder ski when it snowed. Loved the pickup from our lockers. Great service all round. Thanks

First, when we arrived we couldn't size up our kit and had to wait a couple of hours to then come back when the shop was packed. On returning our kit, because we were a couple of hours late, we incurred another whole day. After spending so much for the four of us, these actions were trite. The quality of the skis we hired were not especially great with clear repair marks. Not conducive to a top/premium package. We will be looking at other options for our ski hire next year.

Our rental policy is flexible to allow a free of charge pick up the day prior to your first day skiing from 3pm and drop off before 10AM the day after your last day. We apologise if this was not communicated to you effectively whilst you were in store. We do replenish our premium rental fleet every year and can see you did receive this current season and last years products. Apologies to hear you were not satisfied with the quality you received. Please send us an email at info@rhythmjapan.com as we would like to offer a refund of one day on the booking and a discount on any future bookings. I booked a standard snowboard understanding that it was not a ‘premium’ board but expected that it would be newish and in good condition. Unfortunately the board I got was in fairly rough shape with cracks etc. which was a bit disappointing.

We aim to hold onto our stock for two to three seasons before putting it into our ex-demo sale. We aim to have a strong attention to detail but sometimes during peak season a board can slip through the cracks. I will be following up and going through our rental racks to make sure we have the best gear available and hope you come back to try us again next year. The premium program is awesome! I was able to find different boards every day and enjoy all of them a lot. The quality of the snowboards there is really good.

The waiting was slow. The procedures for changing my snowboards to skis was not explained properly, i was made to wait 1.5h

I rented the premium skis/board. The people who fitted my skis were AMAZING. They ran me through on how I should feel in the boots and advised what skis were best suited for my level. It resulted in me having the best ski runs I had. Thanks so much to the two of them! I finally know what it means to enjoy the slopes.
