“Rhythm went above and beyond to help us by picking us up from the train station and taking us to their shop directly to fit our ski’s ready for the next morning. The staff were super friendly and helpful in getting the right gear and driving us to our chalet. After a long day of travelling it was great to be looked after. “Rhythm Hakuba made things very easy for us when renting their equipment. From answering all our questions regarding online booking to the quick service we received on arrival. The hire gear was great and it was a nice surprise to be able to purchase a decent coffee at their in store coffee shop.”

“Was so good, I was able to change my all mountain snow board to a powder board just like that everyone was great and really helpful definitely will Be returning! 10/10”

“This is about the fifth time we have used Rhythm and again I am very pleased with the equipment and the professionalism of the staff. Your staff at Hakuba were very knowledgeable and helpful, I never got the name of the guy who served us but he is an asset to your company. Nothing was too much trouble and always with enthusiasm and a smile even with a full shop and people waiting for service. He advised us on the boards we needed and was spot on with that. Shame about the quality and quantity of the snow but you have no control on that :) Thanks we will be back.”

“Rhythm was nothing short of amazing. From extremely friendly staff, shuttle rides to the hostel, and allowing my friends and I to trade out equipment until we found the right combination, I can't recommend Rhythm enough!”

“Rhythm picked us up from our hotel to get our gear and dropped is back. Having prebooked and paid made things a lot quicker so I would recommend this as it gets busy in the afternoon. They also picked up our skis from the hotel and as we ended our trip early they also were kind enough to refund us for the time not used without asking”

“My first trip to Niseko and first time skiing ever, it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I would like to thank the team at Rhythm for all their assistance with my XL boot and ski requirements. The team, especially Darren were amazingly helpful, replaying to all the emails prior to arriving, ensuing our gear was suitable, making changes and adjustments when required. The team were so nice, when running into them in the slopes they were always up for a chat and imparting the local knowledge and asking how the gear was going. thank you Darren and the rest of the team. We wouldn’t rent anywhere else. See you next year! Cheers Brad”
