The sales person was very efficient and professional as well as being pleasant. The whole deal was done in quite a short time and the follow up policy was as promised.

After taking out the policy I had to speak to another advisor to get the information on the amount I would have to pay when I change to another car. The first advisor had a word with her manager and they will waver the £25 admin fee if I complete before the 18th of this month with the new car. All helpful thank you.

New insurance taken with no problem and very helpful staff. Paperwork not arrived yet but I was told 7 to 10 days so cannot reply in full. P S.

Good cover,price; easy to understand terms. Spoke to call centre to check on a couple of points the man was extremely helpful, explained things and was very unhurried. He was not reading from a script which your competitors seem to.

I was given a RIAS Buildings and house content insurance quote via the Moneysupermarket website. As I was unable to purchase through the website I phoned the RIAS call centre. I was told I would have to pay more than the quoted price but the reason given was unfounded. I complained to RIAS a week ago but still haven't had a response.

This is my first association with RIAS and up till now has been trouble free. My phone contact was very polite and most efficient and helpful in giving me the best options for my policy, may this excellent service continue.

Why is it that you request proof of NCB from the person buying your insurance? The majority of companies can access this information electronically & do not have to involve the buyer in additional actions.

Been with rias for two years now both times at renewal time I have been quoted a price for renewal and on checking online been offered the same policy by rias for between £30 and £50 cheaper while you do match the cheaper price on the phone I feel you shouldn't be allowed to quoting that much more if you can do it cheaper, it doesn't instil much trust in your operation and while I will stay with rias for another year I will most certainly not be accepting your renewal quote next year without checking online first

can'tunderstand why the money was taken out of my account over a week before my policy started i would have thought it would have been taken on the day my policy started it was a good job i had funds to cover it some people might not
