Had excellent service on my recent claim, very prompt in settling claim which helps ,when you are having such a stressful time. Would recommend them to friends.

I purchased my motor insurance on the Web, and found the site easy to understand and was pleased to find that I could have my policy issued by post.

Good service good price. Web page good but confusing use of 'car' and 'vehicle' in some questions (as a motorbike owner it made accurate answer difficult). When joining details received (using 'vehicle' term), this had to be clarified with RIAS. Also, had to submit NCD info twice as it was not made clear that the page of renewal letter showing my address had to be included. This initiated a telephone call from RIAS to me; all online up to that point!

So far I am extremely pleased with the service I have received, and in particular the premium which is very competitive . I hope it wil be.as good on renewal in a years time. Your staff have been most courteous and helpful, and fully au fait with the product they are selling. Pleased to do business with you.

I originally accepted and paid for my insurance online, only to receive an e mail to say that their had been technical issue and payment had not been made. I contacted your company and was told that payment had not been received. I then contacted my bank, who informed me that the payment had had left my account. I then recontacted your company and was informed that the payment had now been paid. Some days later I received a letter requesting proof of my no claims discount, which I duly sent off. I later received an email informing me that your company had received the proof and all was in order. Today I had received another, this time to "DEMAND" to send proof of my no claims, or you will cancel my insurance! This is fast becoming a very bad experience and maybe I should have stayed with my previous insurer.

Good to have UK based call centre with very polite well informed representatives. Excellent competitive price and good insurance cover for senior citizens . I'm waiting for my hard copy documents to arrive by post before I can fully complete my feedback.

Excellent service very quick telephone response to one query I had and agent was very helpful and we completed my transaction easily and quickly. I thought I would not be eligible for my compare the market cinema offer as initially it did not come through but it has since updated and now I also have the cinema offer and I am very happy. I will be recommending RIAS to my many friends now over 50. Thank you and I look forward to using RIAS for my other insurance needs when they arise.

I applied via comparethemarket but called RIAS to finanlise the policy purchase and again later when the policy documents failed to be sent via email . In both instances the call center staff were polite , knowledgeable and very helpful. I think it really pays to have your own , well trained staff instead of outsourcing these key customer facing roles . The issue with the documents was a software glitch that the operator knew about and gave me a work round that solved the issue immediately . Let hope I never need to make a claim but it does give one confidence that if the policy is needed it will deliver what its designed to .
