The reason I have rated this as poor is that I was told that I would receive the two for one cinema ticket offer through compare the market, I have not received any confirmation of this.

Website worked fine but subsequent communications with any and everyone at RIAS was a total nightmare. Rang 3 times and never managed to get through to Customer services, despite repeatedly being "put through to the right department"! Eventually I gave up and cancelled my policy.

All I wanted to do was change my car details. It took all day & approx 4 hours on the phone. Was transferred to 3 different people. Was told I would be called back 3 times and wasn't. Had my policy cancelled by accident & was charged a cancellation fee of £35 as well as an admin fee of £25 for the initial change over. In the end everything was cancelled and I got a cheaper quote online! Started this at 9am and was finally covered by 7pm!

I was given a RIAS Buildings and house content insurance quote via the Moneysupermarket website. As I was unable to purchase through the website I phoned the RIAS call centre. I was told I would have to pay more than the quoted price but the reason given was unfounded. I complained to RIAS a week ago but still haven't had a response.

I originally accepted and paid for my insurance online, only to receive an e mail to say that their had been technical issue and payment had not been made. I contacted your company and was told that payment had not been received. I then contacted my bank, who informed me that the payment had had left my account. I then recontacted your company and was informed that the payment had now been paid. Some days later I received a letter requesting proof of my no claims discount, which I duly sent off. I later received an email informing me that your company had received the proof and all was in order. Today I had received another, this time to "DEMAND" to send proof of my no claims, or you will cancel my insurance! This is fast becoming a very bad experience and maybe I should have stayed with my previous insurer.

Appalling and rude customer service from Hayley in the renewals team. I tried to get hard copy of my policy sent and inadvertently went through to renewals. Hayleys response was terrible. I tried sone of your other depts inc customer service. Whilst they werr polite they cldnt help as they were running 2 different systems. I still dont have a paper copy of my policy and my online login details have failed also. It wont accept my web reference number or my policy number. Unless this is resolved i intend to share my experience on social media and through my contacts at Saga.
