“I tried to get a quote on line, it wouldn't give me one. Via the phone I was told this was query about my hearing aids, I think this could have been done via the web site. However this was easily rectified.”

“the agent was very good and took me through options available. There was little waiting time, line transferred swiftly. the only down side was that they did not appear to have my house insurance on their car file so the automatic discount was not offered until subject raised. RIAS are the best insurance Company I have had the pleasure of dealing with.”

“I have spoken on the phone to three people involving my car insurance and I have to say that each person has been very helpful the first person I spoke to helped me when the systems were down then the second person took my details on line and sent my documents to my email address . On the third occasion today I was helped by a lady to get into my account on line (I was putting the wrong number in) I thought at the beginning I was going to get a quote online but fate intervened and after talking to your customer service staff I looked no further.”
