“I have insured my home with RIAS for many years now mainly because we had a leak in our bathroom may years ago whilst insured with this company. This was the first time we had ever claimed on an insurance policy and found RIAS to be very co-operative and they fixed the problem for us with is little hassle as possible.”

“The person i spoke to was polite pleasant helpful and dealt with renewal very confidently ,offering me services which would have been of use to me if I had not been covered elsewhere eg. House insurance breakdown cover ,in all a comprehensive service.”

“RIAS asks me for feedback on my recent purchase which was NOT done online so I cooperate and then find myself on a page whose heading refers only to online shoppers. Should I continue with this ? - presumably not.”
