“Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung hat alles super und sehr schnell funktioniert. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Schade dass ich aus Deutschland bestelle und dadurch recht hohe Zollgebühren anfallen. Aber da kann ihr Shop nichts dafür. Abgesehen davon immer wieder gerne 😊”

“Professionnalisme et gentillesse ! Mon tableau n'a pas pu être livré comme prévu en raison d'un cafouillage au centre de tri allemand qui l'a "oublié" pdt 7 jours dans sa réserve puis l'a réexpédié en France sans même m'informer (apparemment les services de la poste allemande ont des pbs de communication avec ceux de la poste française). L'équipe de Kazoart a donc dû organiser un deuxième envoi via DHL. Tout cela avec beaucoup d'efficacité et de gentillesse. Le tableau est arrivé, malgré ce double voyage, en parfait état. Merci à toute l'équipe ! On se sent vraiment en confiance avec vous.”
