“It has been very frustrating as I ordered the Canopy Earl sateen set but was sent the Eternity set instead. Then without any message sent in advance the courier was sent to exchange the product when I was not home. Asked him to wait 5mins and he refused. Now I hv to arrange another pick up time. This has been very troublesome.”

“Imagine my surprise and delight to find that Robinson has gone online. I must say I missed Robinson. I used to get many household items from Robinson and I was at a lost when it ceased its operation. The Snowdown pillows I ordered were just as good. Will definitely purchase again.”

“Order came separately in 2 parcels on different days. It would be nice to inform customer of this arrangement. When my 1st parcel came i thought my order was short delivered. Both parcels came in very good packaging condition.”
